The temperature history a buyer asks for before the consignment moves
Flowers and vegetables leave a packhouse on a clock. The buyer does not want a screenshot of a gauge. They want a history: which room, which hours, whether it left the band, and who did something about it.
The conversation you already have
An exporter around Naivasha, Limuru, Nanyuki or the airport corridor already prepares for buyer specs and for KEPHIS inspections. This page does not claim FactoraERP IoT is approved by KEPHIS, a retailer, or any standards body. It describes the record those conversations turn on.
Cold rooms and packing areas are the example on the product page. The packhouse manager checks from a phone whether an alert was acknowledged, and by whom. That is a published product behaviour. A certificate is not.
What the sample log is for
The compliance page prints a full sample night: in band, excursion, acknowledgement, back in band, dispatch probe on a wider band. The lot number on that page is a sample. In the product, temperature records stay on the batch, and the plant can produce a PDF compliance report. The audit log is append-only and kept for 365 days, and it exports as CSV.
If a buyer asks for longer than that window, do not promise it from this website. 365 days is the retention of the audit log. A certificate is still not claimed.
Start at the room, not the airport
The first useful screen is the room the flowers or the vegetables sleep in, not a map of the flight. Dispatch can be a point on the same floor once the room is honest. When the link drops, the gateway buffers and syncs later. A battery across a power cut on the farm side of the corridor is still an open hardware question.
Founding customers are how we would rather learn a packhouse than by inventing one. If you want the record shaped around a real buyer’s spreadsheet, that is the conversation.

Bring the room names and the bands you already run. We will put them on the floor and say which commercial details on this site are still drafts.
