Food and beverage
Process rooms, ingredient stores, and one list instead of a notebook
Most food plants in Thika, Ruaraka and Athi River already generate the numbers. They live on a panel, a chart recorder, or a book the line supervisor keeps. The missing piece is one list the next shift can trust.
Stores and process areas
The public product uses stores and process areas as an example workflow, not as a named factory. They are monitored from one place. Each operator signs in by name, so every acknowledged alert has an owner when you review what happened.
That matters in food more than in a generic dashboard. A warm ingredient store and a stopped filler are different events. They should not share a WhatsApp thread with the canteen menu. The alert list is one list, and the name is the difference between a record and a rumour.
Where a monitoring tool stops
A dashboard can tell you a room moved. It cannot, by itself, put that movement on the batch you will invoice, or on the work the fitter does at the change of shift. FactoraERP is the system that already holds production, inventory, quality and finance. IoT is Module 11 of that system.
An alarm opens a maintenance work order. Temperature records stay on the batch. Spoilage, energy and downtime land on that batch in finance. The alerts page is still the list, and the name, which is where the night starts.
Lines, not slogans
We will not quote a changeover saving or an OEE point for your line. We have not measured it. OEE in the product is a view of the batch, with a downtime Pareto and production events. The Process Line screen in the demo does not calculate OEE itself. If the pain is a loss that never reaches the batch cost, that link is what the finance record is for.
Beverage, edible oil, milling, feed: the room names change and the pattern does not. One floor, one list, a person.

Bring the room names and the bands you already run. We will put them on the floor and say which commercial details on this site are still drafts.
