Inside the ERP
A monitoring tool tells you a room moved. FactoraERP IoT keeps the reading with the batch, the maintenance job and the cost. The ERP setting is FactoraERP, another ERP through an integration pack, or none. A plant does not have to replace its system to use the sensors.
IoT Sensors is Module 11, and it runs at iot.factoraerp.com with your factory’s own sign-in. The ERP setting is FactoraERP, another ERP through an integration pack, or none. A plant does not have to replace its system to use the sensors. You do not have to buy a historian and then pay someone to pour it into a second database.
FactoraERP, on its own site, covers production, inventory, procurement, quality, warehouse, supply chain, people, finance and analytics. Those modules are products of the same company. The IoT app is where the floor, the batch, maintenance and energy already meet. A parent-ERP screen is not, by itself, a probe.

A monitored point reports onto the floor: temperature, door, energy, vibration, machine state, and the rest of the catalog.
Alerts go out on WhatsApp, SMS and email, and they escalate if the person on shift does not take them.
An alarm opens a maintenance work order on its own, assigned to the shift, instead of waiting for someone to retype it.
The person on shift taps the card. The alert stores their name, not a role code. They can Resolve it, or ask the copilot about it.
Temperature records stay on the batch that was in the room, and the plant can produce a PDF compliance report from them.
Spoilage, energy and downtime land on the batch in finance, in the same record as the lot.
Ask copilot is in the app. Answers use this plant's production, downtime, energy, maintenance, and alerts. Advice only. The prompts include Why is OEE down?, Generate daily brief, Generate shift handover.

If you already run FactoraERP, the walk-through starts from your batches. If you do not, say so. A sensor-only buy is a different conversation, and we will tell you if this is the wrong tool.
