Compliance

The record, not the certificate.

Buyers and inspectors ask for a temperature history with times and a person. The audit log is append-only for 365 days and exports as CSV. Temperature records stay on the batch, and the plant can produce a PDF. The table on this page is a sample of that layout, not a file from the demo plant.

What usually gets asked

A horticulture exporter, a dairy, or a medicine distributor is not short of screenshots. They are short of a page that shows, for one lot, whether the room left its band and who responded. KEPHIS inspections and retailer codes are the world those exporters already prepare for. This site does not claim FactoraERP IoT is approved by KEPHIS, KEBS, a retailer, or any ISO body.

The columns that survive that conversation are boring, which is the point: time in East Africa Time, the point (room and probe, in the names your shift uses), the reading, the band that applied, the result, the name and the time of the acknowledgement, and the lot that was in the room. A WhatsApp photo of a gauge has none of those except, sometimes, a blurry number.

What the product can already stand behind

Current readings on the live floor. An alert on one list. The name of the person who acknowledged it, visible to the next shift on a phone. That combination is the published product, including for cold rooms, packhouses, milk reception and stores. It is the spine of an audit log. It is not the whole log.

What the sample adds, on purpose

The table below is one night at a packhouse that does not exist. Illustrative layout of a batch temperature record. Not an export from the demo plant, and not a customer. Names and the lot number are samples. Temperature records stay on the batch that was in the room, and the plant can produce a PDF compliance report from them. The audit log is append-only and kept for 365 days. A plant can export it as CSV. Command Center exports CSV as well. No KEPHIS, KEBS, ISO or GDP certificate is claimed for the tool.

Print this and hold it next to the spreadsheet your buyer already sends. The gaps between the two are the specification. They are not a claim that the app exports this layout today.

Compliance questions

This site cannot say that. Audits look at your process, not at a vendor’s homepage. What we can show is the shape of a record: time in East Africa Time, the point, the reading, the band, the result, and the name that acknowledged an excursion. The sample log is illustrative, not a certificate.

The audit log is append-only and kept for 365 days. A plant can export it as CSV. Command Center exports CSV as well. Temperature records on a batch can also be produced as a PDF compliance report. Do not promise a buyer a longer window than 365 days from this website.

Temperature records stay on the batch, and the plant can produce a PDF. The table on the compliance page is a sample layout with a sample lot, not an export from the demo plant. The ERP setting can be FactoraERP, another ERP through an integration pack, or none.

Bring the buyer’s spreadsheet

Twenty minutes is enough to mark which columns the live floor and the alert list already cover, and which columns are still a sample.
